Back In Town

I'm so sorry for my absence, it has been a rough and hectic weeks and then vacation time came. For those of you following me on Instagram you know that we were in Spain for a couple of days and it was wonderful! Heat, summer, pool and beach, what more can one hope for in life. I also got my tan and now I'm hoping for Sweden to enter the summer heat.
So this summer, no studies planned but a lot of fun work, I started a bit on friday and will continue on Monday, so I get weekends free, so I decided to take these as vacations day, where me and Aria goes on trips and when she falls asleep I read books for pleasure. And Erik, he is working all summer, but he doesn't always get all the weekends off, so it is mostly me and Aria.

Instagram versus reality
Aria is in a new phase that I just love, we are drawing and painting! So we got her some chalks but I think they are more for me then her.
The backside with chalks? The mess they leave! Since Aria loves sitting on the painted floor and then drags it all in to the apartment. We are painting outside in the balcony. The strangest thing is that I don't really care about the mess, I just love painting too much to disturb me.
And if you are curiose why our balcony is empty, it is because they are "fixing" our facades, so we are enjoing the warmest days in Sweden in our concrete balcony. Well at least we have chalks!
Arias socks are from Vintagefabriken, the dungarees are second hand from HM and the blouse is also second hand but from a brand I can't remember.

And she has started kindergarten, at the moment we are thrilled with the staff, the place and the whole event itself. I just love that they think in the small details since that is what I do in my everyday life. I do believe this is a beginning of a good era! And I can't believe that are baby isn't a baby anymore, but a toddler!
